Discussion:
E60XN-33 Runs Slow in reverse and forward

I have been trying to figure this one out for a long time. I have a Hyster E60XN-33 Electric 4K Forklift that feels like its in a limp mode. I've changed out the encoder bearing, adjusted the foot-petal switch and even swapped out the motor controller but nothing seems to make it go any faster. There are no fault codes showing.

I don't have the AC Controls Program, but I am not sure if that would be any help.

Anyone got any other ideas.

did it ever run faster before? or has it always been slow?
some trucks come with different gear ratio's in the differential.
Even some with the small drive motor can make one run slower.
Battery capacity and charge level will affect how it runs too.

If it has always been this way that may be just the way it runs.

By the way
that serial number you gave is not for a E60XN-33
it is for a Z45N or E60Z probably
The E60XN serial number starts with a A268 sequence.
