Cylinder issue

I have an issue where the free lift cylinder doesn't get all the way up but the second stage starts to go up. Any suggestions?

If it only does it at high speed then check the flow regulator valve in the bottom of the carriage cylinder. I've had many of them fail.

make sure the retaining clamp on the first stage cylinder has not been overtightened
make sure your secondary chains are adjusted correctly
adjust mast anti rattle grub screws, including 2 hidden ones at the bottom
ensure mast channels are clean and lightly greased

Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
