Crown WP 2000 Series Pallet Jack

Crown WP 2000 Series. I think I have it narrowed down to the WP 2040 based on part numbers I have found on the unit but not %100 because the plate with the info on it is not with the machine. This machine is old and has been serviced by several people in the past and now has been dropped in mine. Wires have been pulled from the wire harness that runs up the handle that go from the POD to the controller that I believe go to the emergency stop. While looking at the Wires it just seems like things have been moved around but there is no way to know where they go without documentation. I also can't get the batteries to charge but I'm leaning towards a bad charger.
Does any one on here have any documentation or know what the wire pattern on the wire harness. The part number for the harness is. CR 805860 and goes into a SEM Zero controller.

I have this rewired and used an external charger to charge the batteries. The charger seems to be dead. Now the problem is that there is no forward or reverse. I am going to try to see if it could be the Brake Interlock in the handle. The LED is not flashing any codes.
