Discussion:
Crown RD 5725-30, built 2011, error 601

I have a fleetmanagement installation on Crown RD 5725-30, all built 2011. The trucks have the 1-2-3 access controller. The installation was accepted by Crown on site in 2013.
Now the customer said, all trucks have a error 601 in the error log of the vehicle. The Crown techs on site will not explained the error or cause of problem, but keep telling it is because of the fleetmanagement system installed on the trucks.
Does anybody know what this error code means?

Showing items 1 - 2 of 2 results.
Some more information, the access control is connected to the power supply of the key switch. In case the driver is not signed in, heavy impact or no activity he is signed out and the power supply for the key switch is down. So the truck switchs off immediately. Can this be the cause for this error code? I also thought about incorrect start procedure.

fault is access #2 internal voltage out of range. Check cables and fuses that power modual and motors access controls. Also list possible bad cell in battery. If system installed deals with powering access then it could be the problem
