Crown adaptor replacement to use

what replaces crown # 110193 adaptor (coupler ) or is their another lift truck manufactor that uses the same set up. The crown motor # is 109594 or GE5BT1324B48. This part (Cr110193 ) goes between motor and drive unit on a Crown model RR3520-45
