Crown 2.5 SC

Hi can anyone assist me with a workshop manual or wiring diagram for a 2003 Crown 2.5SC Serial number 9A102183 with the GE EV 100 im having problem with. The truck is blowing the 15amp fuse as soon as the battery is plug in even if the key swtch is in the off position any help would be truely appreciated.
