Combilift C4000:
Combi won’t engage drive or change direction

Hi, I'm looking for some advice on what could be the problem with my C4000, 2009 serial 7154.
It won't engage drive or change direction.
When removing and replacing relays when started it changed direction but not by the joystick.
So it seems to have hydraulic but getting no signal from the joystick.

It doesn't have a plc so can't use for diagnostics.

Hi Skyreach,
Im only here a mere 8 years now, still learning. It is great to have people like you with 20 years experience, who share their support and knowledge to the Combilift network of users worldwide.

Thankfully over these years the implementation of the Combilift free Technical support form, the Knowledgebase and Parts Portal have really helped share a lot of knowledge, but that can never beat the hands on experience.

Thanks again.

Hi,
Great advise from Skyreach already here.
If you still need support, you can complete a quick technical support form at the bottom of the main combilift.com web site or direct link https://warranty.combilift.net/technical-support-form/. The form only asks for the minimal info so the team can quickly help you. There is no login required and no charge for this support.
Combilift has a technical team in Australia and they will be more than happy to help you.
