Ignition 3 voltage is low. First check battery voltage when trying to crank engine. Check fuses 6 and 7 to make sure they are reading battery voltage. Swap relay 1 with relay 5 and see if code changes. This means the relay has failed. Remove each connector at the fuse box and check for corrosion and good connections. Good Luck.
