Q1 should come in a kit with Rec 1 if not it's recommended that Rec 1 be replaced also. Also check the snubber resistors (the big gold ones beside Q1) the resistance should be 1 ohm each.

It is usually a bad Q-1 transistor. It is available in a kit part # 828-900-101. Just going by memory on the part#. There are a few tests that can be run in the on board diagnostics and then the Q-1 can be tested with a Fluke meter. Also look at the drive motor brushes and the comm. on the motor, if they are very worn or burnt it could cause the code. It is also recommended to replace the power card if the Q-1 is shorted. Good luck.

Fact of the week
Every year for Thanksgiving, the President of the United States is given a live domestic turkey by the National Turkey Federation (NTF). While these turkeys used to be slaughtered and eaten, during the presidency of George H. W. Bush it became standard practice for the president to issue a ceremonial "pardon" to the turkey.
