CODE 84 UNIT WILL NOT MOVE. RESET AND UNPLIGGED BATTERY. ALL WORKED FINE WHEN PARKED

Check the brakes and switch, pump the pedal and cycle key switch on/off to clear code. Look for bleeding/weeping
master cylinder or slave cylinder.
