Code 63 on a Toyota 7FGCU25

I am looking for the information on code E01-63. This Toyota turns on the check engine light after 1 to 2 hours of operation after I delete the code by removing battery negative for 20 seconds.
Is there another form of deleting the code instead of disconnecting battery negative?
