Code 406 check cont capacitor

Hey guys, working on this Nissan 36 volt truck. As soon as you turn the key on this code 406 check cont Capacitor comes up. Didn't know if anybody's ran into this before. Not a lot of information online for this particular model. All info is appreciated. Thank you!

Another important thing to note is their previous location. It worked perfect and it has a brand new battery. They put it in the back of a truck hauled it to another location and on the truck is where it broke down. They had to tow it off of the truck
