Code 40 on Mod 6

I keep getting this code after the truck is ran for about an hour.....Then you have to let it sit for about 10 minutes before you can use it again. The code says mismatch between micro and slave controller and I also see a 32 on mod 6 as well......I have replaced the brake switch and the OPP switch and they both test good......not sure if the master and slave are in the same zapi controller???

Wow, I can't believe that! It sounds like the loose cover might have caused some issues with the EPS system. It's easy to overlook, especially after replacing the SICOS display. Glad I could help! Definitely worth checking the EPS wiring and connections now that you have that info. Keep me posted on how it goes!.

I never thought to check anyhting with the EPS! Your the Best!
