code 31
Condition
Controller has lost communication with the control handle card.

Truck Response
No Traction

Possible Causes and Test Procedures

1- Insure the cable is connected to the J2 Plug on the controller.
2- Verify all pin connections are tight and making contact.
3- Verify correct connector wiring.
4- Check continuity of the wires running from the controller to the control handle logic card.
Verify continuity while rotating the control handle arm from side to side.
5- Check for control handle wiring grounded to the truck frame.
6- Check for correct operation of the control handle logic card.
Use handheld programmer to verify signals from the control handle logic card are being received by the controller.
7- Replace controller

posting a truck serial number is always more helpful that just throwing out guesses based on a mere description, an error code and partial model number, and no serial number. :o)

All Lift Tech,

I think this code means the driver of the main contactor is open or short circuit. possibly a dirty connector. or wiring damaged.
Check the wiring to the main contactor clean the connectors and check the fastons are tightly connected.
Turn truck of and restart truck.
If no fault found and fault alarm persist then the problem lies in the module.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
