I have a order picker thats coding on precheck and throws code 2M - Traction Controller Fail to Amplify. Anyone have experience with this code?

I was just responding in general due to the fact that this code applies to several different lifts.
Raymond 5600 orderpicker only has one drive motor.

I suspect you already figured this out, but I'm replying for the benefit of others. My experience is that this is one of the first codes you'll run into with a weak battery. You'd think that you'd get a "Low-Battery" code, but nope. I've seen this code on lifts that still show 1/3 power on the display. So, always charge the battery first.

Otherwise, the code refers to an issue with the left traction amplifier. The diagnostic procedure is extensive (checking for shorts & proper voltage at multiple points while using the maintenance menu).

Note: This code applies to Mitsubishi, Raymond, & Toyota lifts and you can sometimes see the code HK instead which is for the right traction amplifier.
