CODE 28 - Technical Troubleshooting discussion in Forkliftaction's forums

CODE 28

I have a Raymond i'm having issues with. When you go wide open throttle code 28 appears and then it wont move. ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!! We have aready replaced the encoder, timing belt, firmware, system card, and VFC card.
