Cat Lift Trucks EP16KT

Anyonr here have see code 28 on this machine? When I put steering at maximum right I can forward but no reverse. When I put steering at maxnimum left I can reverse but no forward. I have made some primary check but if someone have experimented this problem and can help me I will save time. Thanks

I'm not sure if that code has come up but i have had that problem before and unit was getting confused on what motor to run and what direction to run it. Book points to logic card and or h bridge. when i had that type problem the steering sensor was out and also on another unit the plate for the steering sensor was loose.
