Raymond EASI OPC30TT:
Code 26 and FG

I am getting a code 26 at start up and a code FG right after. I have went through the book troubleshooting everything associated with these codes only to find that I have extremely high resistance on my static strap standoff and that I have inaccurate readings on the Q1 transistor...

Has anyone ran into these scenarios before?

Hi Busch,

I assume you started with the basics ie. Battery status, Shorts to chassis, Brush/comm condition, Motor cables, Static strap in place, Horn not shorted, main fuses checked, Heat sink insulation doing its job and contactors checked. I'm basing this on a hard fault. Intermittent faults are tough.
Based on the Code FG, I assume your working on an Order Picker? Not sure if it's the new format on this website but I can't see any truck details.
My advice is to start with the above before jumping to any of the diagnosis in the manual.
Hope this helps,
Jay

A 1904 lecture by scientist Elie Metchnikoff extolled the benefits of consuming yoghurt for halting the "intestinal putrefaction" which he believed causes aging. The press reported yoghurt as a cure for aging and the ensuing popularity is still with us today.
