Looking for info on what Code 18 is directing me to. Truck will not run at full speed.

Is this an older truck with a EV-100 Control system in it? I looked thru my EV100 stuff but couldn't find a code 18.....Maybe someone has info on it???

don't know a code 18
do you mean 218 or 318
