Barrett RPTT1W2G60BV:
Code -13

This is a walkie 24 volt rider. Don t have a service manual.
Have to reset battery plug & key to get to run. Then unit runs normal until batt is unplugged to recharge. If batt is plugged in & key is on code 13 flashes. It does this most of the time.
