CMP25 Clark

I am working on a forklift CMP 25 Clark the customer told me that the fork wouldnt climb an incline with goods, so i opted to the tranny after rebuild new clutch pad and converter repair it still causing the same problem,i really dont know what is next,i would be most greatful if someone could help me on this thank you!!!

What is the percent grade of the incline? To determine the percent grade divide the vertical rise (or height) by the length of the horizontal run (or length). Also what is the weight of the load being carried. Is the truck running on gasoline or LPG? and has it been properly tune-up recently?
