Clark forklift - unknown model - workshop manual

Hi There,

I was wondering if someone could help me identify the model number of my Clark forklift, its a 70's something model.

Please I need help, I had to rent a forklift today to finish loading.

I am told that I need bearings for the gear box or that I need
to get the gear box overhauled.
BUT, nobody can read anywhere what is this MODEL.
If you can help me, to ID this Clark, please let me know asap.
