Raymond EASI R40TT:
chasing my tail

I. keep getting different problems with this thing. They seem to keep changing. Last thing was everything worked except up and down mast. when I pushed in the relay contacts, it would work. I replaced that whole part with a new one thinking the relay portion _bad. Same problem but now the extend stopped working. I cleaned all the connectors on the boards with contact cleaner. Same. Help please.
Thank you in advance.

For the no reach, if tilt and sideshift both work check the overmast cable for breaks, check the wires are on the reach select solenoid behind the top of the carriage. If nothing out there works check mast cable again, also there is a line filter under the top cover close to the handle it has a blue capacitor sticking up and a 1/4 turn fuse holder, check the fuse in there, if ok probaly cd5.
For the no lift, that is strange. Typically with the truck keyed on if you manually push the contactors in the truck will code 40 something. Is there extra mast switches fitted? When raised will it lower? If not check the lift lower pot make sure it's turning the pot shaft, check the pot itself.

Any codes displayed? What does the odi say the battery % is?
When requesting reach while off the deadman pedal do you hear the aux motor come on?
