Change manual acelerator

Hi!
I need to change the manual acelerator in my T20 1152 Series.
My supplier says that after changing this part I will have to calibrate and adjust the parameters.
That's right?
Is it possible to do the calibration without Linde diagnostic tools?
Thanks!!!

Hi there!
what is lsg?
Where can I buy it at a good price?
Are diagnostic kits sold on aliexpress and similar sites reliable?
Thank you!
