When we press simultantly up and tilt working properly if press tilt alone need to increaise RPM. Is someone know what this is mean?

This is probably low hydraulic system pressure. To work the tilt you need quite a high pressure to overcome the lock valves. Increasing the revs will raise the pressure if the pump is worn. Check the system pressure and flow you may need to either adjust it up if you can or replace the pump. You need the correct pressure and flow for everything to work correctly.
