CATERPILLAR ELECTRIC TRUCKS NR16NHS (2010) or NPP20MR (2011)

Hello, how are you? I hope you can help me.

I have a new client that have some CATERPILLAR electric trucks. I see that this trucks are too much similar than ROCLA trucks. I
am looking for technical information, or spare parts catalogue.
About the reach truck, maybe somebody knows: is necessary to have a connection interface for to program the truck (like JH) with the laptop? Or, is possible to configure the truck using the display?.

Here is the trucks data:
Reach truck=> with DANAHER controllers
Model: NR16NHS
Serie: 8NN50004
Voltaje: 48V
Año:2010

Pallet truck=> with SAUER DANFOSS controllers
Model: NPP20MR
Serie: 4AM10211
Voltaje: 24V
Año: 2011

Best regards

Pallet truck has a Sauer Danfoss controller and you need a Sauer Danfoss hand set or laptop to make settings.

Hi the reachtrucks you can set the parameters for drive in the display , but you need connect the truck to a pc and set the service interval and the speedlimit etc etc ,and reset the fault memory.

For the pallettrucks you can take the Zapi info and read out with a zapi handset if you have not info

i send you mail

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
