I have a Cat EP20 KT Sr-ETB5B50619 Code 44 and 45 will not move any idea on where to start?

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
