Cat 2EC25E Code H

S/N 2EC360748
Drive motor was installed in this unit, unit drove fine. A mechanic hooked up the drive motor temp wires, after that the dash shows an H and is dead in the water. Does anyone know what to check?

I've got the same code coming up intermittently on the same model Cat. Could find nothing in the service manual.
Cycling the run/test switch on the controller will enable the truck to work again until the code returns.
Any guidance would be helpful
