Error code 60 has new logic card and new motor brushes. truck runs great. did noticed someone added a red wire to f2 post on motor to activate the driver card. does someone have a full schematic on this truck.

The truck drives and lifts normal from time to time code 60 pops up then stays on but truck operates normal.

Display = 60 : (!) action light flashing: no lift truck operation. Line contactor closes then opens.
The description of the code indicates that there is a problem with the serial communication between the dash display and the logic.
You either have a bad connection in the harness to the display, a bad connection at one of the plugs or a bad display or ultimately a bad logic.
There are no spk's out on this code.
This is based on if this truck has microcommand
Do you know if its microcommand or EV100ZX controls?
The EV100ZX troubleshooting codes do not include a code 60 so i went on the assumption this was microcommand.
