Carriage mount carpet poles

Trying to use one class 2 5k forklift for transporting both pallets and carpet roles. Requesting advise in selecting a carriage mount carpet pole that can easily be switched out with the forks in approximately 5 minutes or less. As aisle space is limited, we can't use fork mounted poles. I understand there are 3 different types of carriage mounts. Also, does it make sense to save time and improve efficiency to purchase a pole stand assembly. Your advise and expertise would be appreciated.
