Card set up for Yale with EV100LX panel

I need the factory settings for the card set up on a Yale ERC30ACN36SE083 with EV100 controls. The card # is IC3645LXCD.

That is why I supplied the full model # and was asking for the "factory" settings.

just a reminder
IF you plan on setting this card up you will need the service manual for this truck provided by yale/nacco on this specific model number truck and use the setting(s) THEY recommend. These settings are model specific.
setting this card incorrectly can result in damaging the card and possibly the truck controls.
