Discussion:
BW Antics

Reading with interest about some of the stunts this company pulls, its little wonder they are becoming a standing joke within the industry isn't it ?

Well gerrard, this company were first class once over, great product, great people and customers loved us,managers new customers on a first name basis,we would bend over backwards to keep them happy, then came massive changes over a short space of time,it wasn't like lets test the water with this idea,it was more like lets change everything from top to bottom and it was like watching a slow motion car crash, engineers have been micro managed to death, through all this there is lots who have remained loyal, because we all care about BW,any manager can have a crack pot idea on how to sell hours or how to measure engineers, but they seem to forget the one thing that matters most,CUSTOMERS!in saying this the last couple of years there has been some light at the end of the tunnel, until now, they have shot themselves in the foot with this one,if they went back to the old model of doing things,im sure it would half overheads, make us more competative,i still think with the right people in the right positions we could be at the top once again, but what do i know,im just an engineer!
