BT RRM16 parameter mode

Hi
Anyone knows how to get into parameter mode on a BT RRM16?
I connect the can key, hold the forward leva and switch on the key but doesn't get into parameter mode.
Also I have connected truck com and tells me
Truck not in parameter mode.
