BT RRE7 fault code E 131

Hello everyone! Im having trouble with this reach truck and i dont have a service manual for it. Can someone "translate" me the fault code (E 131) please. Ser N of the machine is 577788AA / 2003 year.

Sometimes you can find this fuse blown, but if fuse is OK check its wires from + battery to pin 901 in A5 and these cables connector in A5.

fail the liitle contacs in small relay inner A5. If error persists replace A5.
