Hi pedro
bruce is right change the line contactor we had alot of probs with line contactors dropping out or becoming weak causing this fault.

i would be curious if this happens when hitting a rough spot in the floor or maybe a dock plate. if so i would check to see if the line contactor is making properly and see if the tips are burnt which may be causing it to be weak and dropping out.

Check the crimps or solder connections on the contact tips for the battery connector on the machine side (the heavy cable connections where the battery plugs in on the machine). Check your B+ wires for loose connections. Do the same for the negative side.

When the whole machine shuts down like that, it's usually either a battery running down real low or a bad/loose connection in the machine itself. I don't know your machine offhand but these are the things I would check initially if I got a call for something similar. Check relays and contactors too. It could be in a controller too.

I had a Yale pallet jack (MPE060LEN/A896) a few months ago that would code out with "the tiller arm is in the down position when the key was switched on" even though the guy was just driving it. I think it was a code 32, can't remember the code offhand. Found the solder connections in the SB plug were bad. I always prefer crimping them myself.

Does the dash panel go blank or does the machine just stop?

A good engineer is a helpful engineer
Watch the battery voltage when it is driving. If it drops below a certain point under load, contactors may drop out due to low holding current and reset the machine. Also check for loose wires over bumps.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
