E151 = No communication with drive motor frequency
converter on start-up.

Check the CAN cables - Weak point on the Reflex is the wiring where it exits the top of the upright cab piller the cables can rub where they enter the roof to the diagnostic port & cause short circuits that will upset the CAN system.

Burnt / overheated fuses can upset the CAN system to, even if the main system fuses check out fine with a multimeter if there is any heat damage to the fuse inside the glass window I would replace it.

Have a look at the A1 box under the armrest, there should be 2 identical boxes towards the right hand end of the armrest panel, you want to check the lefthand one of these boxes, look at the green led on the box & see if its ON, OFF or flashing.

That is only for driver accessibility so he can use his own key code but the engineer can over ride all this by programming the truck to a set speed.

I'm guessing the the one's they keep changing is the newish one's with a key Pad? ( from September 2004)

parameter 39 locks the can system:
1 = Ignition, open
2 = Ignition, locked
3 = Keyboard, open
4 = Keyboard, locked

Set the parameter to 1 or 2 if only three drivers/truck profiles are to be programmed and a key is used to start the truck. If using a keyboard and up to ten drivers/truck profiles are to be programmed, set the value to 3 or 4. With the latter, the value must be programmed for each driver.

There is a parameter that locks the max speed regardless what the operator does but this can only be done using the can key.
Service count down parameter C29 can be switched off but only with using the key the canbus (controlled area network) cannot be switched off or locked

Leon are all the trucks AC or are the other three DC if DC the parameter to slow speed has to be done on the A5 card.

Hello upliftuk. i have a customer that asked for speeds to be reduced, so i used the key and changed the parameters. customer was happy. but on 3 out of 5 trucks the operator can access parameters 1 to 10 without the canbus key. is there a way to turn this off. Operators keep raising the speed back to full speed.

The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
