BT LT2200

Hi All I have an old BT LT2200 power pallet truck s/n 354007 with a 139198/001 control card. On start it jumps with no soft start, is there a ramp adjustment. Only four micro switches in the tiller no pot.Any help would be appreciated.

Showing items 1 - 3 of 3 results.
also had resistances bad connection or broken, check contactors by operating switches separately or bell wires out

If it has 4 microswitch in tiller arm you have a resistance control unit with 3 speeds.

This model does not have any ramp regulation, have you checked second and third speed contactors? any of them could be stuck or welded.

Best regards

Is this the old resistance speed controlled LT?

I've also had dry solder joints on the control cards fitted to the LT before.

Fact of the week
The origin of "love" as the score zero in tennis is debated, but two main theories prevail. One suggests it's derived from the French word "l'oeuf" (egg) which resembles the shape of the number zero. The other proposes it's related to the Dutch word "lof" meaning "honour" as players might be playing for honour when scoreless.
