Toyota 5-FD-70:
Brakes Problem

Hello
I have un A5FD70-13427 with a brake problem
the brakes lock when the engine is running
I already changed brake pump seals
The problem persist
Equipment is old, I dont have references for the brake pump
I dont know what the hydraulic pressure values are
please help me
