Hi,

did you reprogram the Steering Potentiometer to the Controllers? you have to set the Endpoints LEFT / RIGHT an d MIDDLE its located in the STEERING PARAMETERS. And of course you have to set the VEHICLE LENGHT for your LE 20-66 MP it must set to 2. Here is a little table for this PARAMETER:

0 =LE 13-44 / LE 15-44
1= LE 16-55 / LE 18-55
2= LE 16-66 / LE 18-66 / LE 20-66
3= KE 16-55 / KE 18-55 (4-Wheeler)
4= KE 18-66 / KE 20-66 (4-Wheeler)

Hope that helps you.

Mfg

Hi,

yeah the Thing with the gray Key (Number 738) is right but you dont need it really. You only have to build a Bridge on the Keyswitch because of with the 738 Key you can switch it to an second Position. But this Keyswitch is only bulid in on Jungheinrich not on STEINBOCK / MIC or BOSS. So no to your problem. You have the JUNGHEINRICH Display connected to the CAN-BUS Wires of the STEINBOCK Display right? Now secound Step. Behind the Keyswitch there are two wires which hang around these two must be bridged to enter the Service Mode (This is what the 738 Keyswitch in second Position does). Third Step no you must press the Button with the quadrat and the Button with the to in German (Dreiecke don´t know the English Word for it), its located the next Button to the quadrat button. And when you press them both you turn on the Keyswitch then the Display turns into Service Mode and you can enter the Menus.

Now first check the Vehicle Type it must pass to your vehicle. If you have an LE 16 or LE 20 then it must be set to LE / KE or EFG-DF.

Then you have to set the Standard Paramaters of the vehicle they are all in the same Menu select them reprogram all and then switch the vehicle on and off.

I do think you need a grey key instead of the red 702 to get to the servicemode. Kind regards, Max

Hi,

there is only are three ways to reprogram:

1. Service Laptop with JUDIT (Jungheinrich technicans only)
2. Hand Lisa (You eventually can buy that tool from TVH in Belgium)
3. If you have an Jungheinrich EFG-DF or EFG-V which is the same machine then you can switch the Display from the Jungheinrich on the Boss and with that you can reprogram.

The use of "hello" as a telephone greeting is attributed to Thomas Edison. He is said to have suggested it as a simpler alternative to other greetings, such as "Do I get you?" or "Are you there?".
