hi, a customer has a flexi vna truck serial no 053273 , no other details ,says he keeps losing forward drive and fault code 24 comes up, can anyone help

Hi, if it's powered by a Zapi unit the Alarm code 24 is low VMN.
EV100 alarm 24 is T2 too high.
From what you have described I would say the forward contactor is not closing properly or reverse contactor has not returned fully to close the back contact tips.
