bad missfire/ fuel cut under load

Hi my names bill, im looking for help. im trying to figure out what seems to be going on with my baker tow motor model#FMD-040 S# 46634. it seems to be either miss firing under load or is having a fuel cut issue idles good, then when i press the gas it pops a little nothing like in gear. when in gear and under load it stutters pretty bad. have changed the plugs did the distributor and set the points correctly to.20 as told still having the same issue please help
