alarm code al6

can anyone tell me what al6 means on a little fb16-krt have been to site today and customer has complained that truck is gutless feels like battery is low and displays Al6. batts all check out good sg 1280. no sign of alarm code whilst on site and truck behaving normally. any ideas guys.

and be sure to check if this unit has a brake light switch (if it has one), some brake switches do not shut of all power to the drive, just reduce the torque considerably, even if it does not have brake lights
what is the serial number of type of control panel?

AL006, vehicle inhibbited, line contactor off. Faulty logic card. Check the voltage either side of the isolator button, or line contactor, has been known to give problems.

Double check error code, no such listing?

Normally start with an E or an H, failing that they tend to start with just a number.

Run a self diagnostic check, see if that throws anything up?
