About error Code A0-4 on a Toyota

I have a Toyota forklift Model # 7FBCU18, just recently it come up with a Code A0-4. It will run for about 10 minutes and then it stops and can not be restarted. I search Google the code and it is telling me that the traveling system fan; shorted; limited drive output. How can I fix this problem.

I would start with checking to see if you have voltage at the fan or if there is something stopping the fan from coming on. It could be just a bad fan.
