Toyota 5FBC25:
$500 USD to anyone who can diagnose my C0 issue

In person, over the phone I don't care. If you can show me the problem and i can verify that you are correct I will send you $500.00 USD via whichever means you prefer.

I honestly do not think anyone out there is capable of finding the problem but feel free to prove me wrong. Who knows maybe its super simple and you can make that money in 15 minutes. I would still happily pay you if you figured it out in 15 seconds.

text me at 214-991-0798 if you think you are up to it.

Hi did you fix problem? I remember fighting with same error code. Problem was truck runs ok but after a few minutes suddlendly stop working. Board dc-sdd was the issue. One of the pcb board tracks were affected by corrossion and sometimes one of the resistors inside the board was doing good contact and then truck start working again.

Its a real headache to fight with old controllers. Are quite good, but when components and boards are exposed to corrosion or sulphatation you can get intermittent issues really difficult to repair.

So lots of checks for this code and specifics of when CO happens. When key is first on or travel selected? Battery voltage drop when functions used. Does it co when both drive and hydraulic used? Contactors burnt up on the tips or stuck? What happened to cause co? Hrs on unit. Drive motor condition. Frame voltage?

Hi, my comment would be that the Toyota's are really well made and the manuals are very thorough. But you probably need to flip through the manual several times. There is a lot of detail. You also need to give yourself time. Some repairs take a lot of persistence and patience. I don't have a manual for your model but ti seems the C errors are all to do with the traction controller and contacts. If you like email me a copy of the manual and I'll do my best to analyze the situation for you. jmhgill AT hotmail Dot com.
