208 Code, Partially Charged, Work in Progress

I've got a Crown Picker that was left by the previous renter of the warehouse I'm operating out of, I've managed to move it to a charging location with a Stacker and some Pallet jacks since it was dead on arrival. I had someone look at it and they said the batteries were at 5 volts, when found it wouldn't turn on at all and now it's turning on, fans running it's raising and lowering etc, but throwing a 208 code. I know that involves a steering column but unsure how to fix it I've pulled the FU6 (Steering) fuse and it looks good, unable to check K5 relays because I'm unable to find them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you're kind enough to give advice please be specific as I've got no formal education on these machines and it didn't come with any manuals at all.

The K5 relay is mounted in the power unit. If this lift is not equipt with wire guidende this relay will not be in the lift. I would check the wiring to the steering motor. Otherwise most likely the steering module or the ECR2 encoder needs to be replaced.

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
