2032ES Lifts fine but no drive

I am troubleshooting a JLG 2032ES. It lifts fine but won't drive. There are no error codes at Platform Control Station. Checked service manual Section 5.8 and did not find relevant info.

Thought it might be a pothole switch, one was sticky but when I depressed it I got the 2-5 light flash error, cleaned out the switch, works fine and error went away.

Double checked parking brake.

The machine is in fairly constant use and did about six hours of work before freezing up and had to lower it and forklift it out. Horn is disconnected, don't know if that matters or not. Voltages are all good.

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks for the reply, I solved it yesterday afternoon, I basically went through the entire troubleshooting section and found that even after disabling the brakes, the joystick didn't have the proper voltage drop to move forward, so I took the brakes completely apart and a few of the springs were rusty/calcified so I cleaned them up and put it back together and it works great. It took be a little while to get the proper turns on the brakes, but ~4.5 full turns if the bolts is good!

Invest in analyzer...pull front plastic cover off in front and check motor controller and contactor
