Hi we have 2 trucks with intermittent faults.

One still drives but has no lift and display shows codes 019-33 and if I turn steering wheel 019-01.

The other one loses drive and hydraulic and displays 241-06, also when starting up the steering sounds squeaky.

Also wanted to ask if we can plug in hyster service tool and diagnose these trucks and if so where is the connector as this is my first experience with this reach truck 2015 model.
