Discussion:
2 More OLD dinosaurs

My main service account just received two more old dinasours from their main plant....
First one is a Clark TW25B. SN: TW125-0099-4535
second is an OTIS Moto-truc Model? X-Tend-r. SN: M77770
Wondering if anyone has any service/repair manuals they could share on these two.....any schematics?? I believe the Clark has either the OLD 185 or 210 control system in it from what one of our other techs told me(Main Plant is his customer)....I'm getting his hand me downs....
seems lately I have been getting the crap that the main plant dosent want anymore.........

seriously though, while you may be able to find some information, schematics and parts on the early GE systems and the contactors and switches for the moto-truck at Flight systems [fsip dot biz, or search on forkliftaction's marketplace link to the left], not all those systems had PMT, (an important safety circuit to prevent run away if a SCR did not shut off or tips welded). For that reason I would either inspect to insure the PMT option was working, or want to update the controls if they insist on keeping this truck that has a sale value almost less that the scrap metal weight value.
I remember when this stuff was new, and while I don't have or expect to find that much information in digital format, I will be please to give you my opinions on what ever problems you see (like be careful putting the cover on the drive belt/chain side of the moto-truck, those covers must be pretty high dollar if you can find them).
