BT Prime-mover 035:
035 not moving forward or back but will up and down

We have a 035. I think it's fully charged but it won't move forward or back. Only up and down. THis is my first forklift / order picker and we bought it used.

It seems to work sometimes. I'm leaving it on the charger over night to see if that helps.

My bigger questions is these readouts. I can't seem to find a manual anywhere online.

I'm not sure what this means.
It's a red dot over the wrench and it says -07

It only does this when i try to drive back and forth.

When i go up and down it has this:

Green dot over the battery and says 100. Which i'm assuming means the battery is completely charged.

Like i said i'm totally new to this thing and any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
Jamie
