Maximizing Warehouse Space: The Key to Productivity

United States, Princeton NJ - 20th and 21st July 2005
You make daily decisions about product location, picking, putaway, shipping and receiving that all revolve around the layout and design of your facility. So how is your facility doing? Although dock doors and columns can't be changed, there are some fundamental rules of thumb that will put you on your way to maximizing the space in your warehouse.

This interactive seminar puts you in the driver's seat when, on day one you examine all the elements for planning space and on day two, you work with a group to redesign a fictional distribution center using the techniques and tools from day one.
